Nairobi experiences....
To be in Nairobi, was like a dream come true, because I used to hear that name...people said it is Europe of Eastern Africa...and I was curious to see this country.
Being here for this 3 months...I didn't know Nairobi at all, nothing special and seems like other African country, maybe because I spent all my time in the community to learn this bless Kiswahili, and just go to the UCHUMI or market or sometime I went to town...which I didn't really get until now..what is the difference between the place where we stay and the town.....bohhhh..let it be.
When the terrorist attacked WESTGATE at 21st September 2013, it was really a nightmare for me....I really want to escape from this country....just to save my life...because I don't want to die here....it was funny thing...but I was really afraid that time...
My community was multinational community..compose by the sisters from 8 differences countries, it was fun...I could learn many differences cultures in Africa...4 sisters from 4 differences countries as Kenya, Malawi, Uganda and Togo, but they are so united. 3 sisters from Italy, 1 from Singapore, 1 from India, and my self from Timor. We experience to live together as one in the love of God....sisterhood....really good experience despite of all the differences characters among us.
I thanks God for all this moment and I'm gonna miss them all as I have to go back to Tanzania...for my mission....thanks Nairobi and all the sisters in the community..our workers...Agnese and John..they've been very friendship to me, may God bless them...my co nationality, Mr. Claudio and his family...Sr. Akita and Sr. Aguida...God Bless them all and their mission....
